He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Dziak, and Helen Dziak, Sr. (Capko); his wife Rosemary M. Lucas (Krawczyk); his daughter Christine Ann Dziak; his son-in-law Steven Plottner; and his siblings, Mary Ann Monak and John Dziak.
He is survived by: his children, Judy St. Clair of Thomasville, GA, Mary Finke (Adam) of Thomasville, GA, Cindy Lucas Plottner (Silas Crawford) of Marblehead, Michael Lucas (Jerri) of Port Clinton, OH and Richard Lucas (Rachael) of Marblehead, OH. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
