He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Alison Smith of Oak Harbor, Ashley Knox (Brian) of Seattle, WA and Ryan Eckel (Jordan York) of Marblehead; his grandchildren, Hattie Knox, Thomas Knox, Henry Knox and Lena Knox; and his siblings, Marinda Zera (Rich) of Bowling Green and Ron Eckel of Marblehead, OH..
