She was predeceased by: her parent John Dickess; her husband Dan Neal; and her siblings, Clara Sue Mootz, Frank, Tom, Jack, Mac, Wilbur and David Dickess.
She is survived by: her parent Emma Dickess (Murnahan); her daughters, Rita Gay Neal of Ironton, OH and Carla Neal Pancake (James) of Kitts Hill; her grandchildren, Angela Pancake Huber (Mike) of Ironton, James Todd Pancake (Julie) of Kitts Hill, Danelle Pancake Mullins (John) of Kitts Hill and Brooke Adams Scott (John) of Ironton Eight; and her great grandchildren, Michael Huber (Jessica), Taylor Pancake Wilson, Tori Pancake, Drew White, Carly Mullins, Kyleigh Noel, Jaylen Noel, Abigail Huber, Colton Huber, Carter Pancake and Ava Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Community Hospice Care Center, 2330 Pollard Road, Ashland, KY 41101.
