He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Dillion and Florence Dillion (Holycross); and his siblings, James Leo, Harold, Leonard, Louise, Imogene, Margaret, Patricia, Virginia and Charlotte.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy J. Beamer; his children, Sandy Freshour (Stan) of Harpster, Audrey Lambert (Roger) of Harpster, Janey Fassler (Curt) of Marion and Ted Dillion (Melanie) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Steve Freshour, Matt Freshour, Amanda Blackburn and Aaron Lambert; and his sister Mary Ethel Davey of Arlington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pitt Township Volunteer Fire Department or the Harpster United Methodist Church, and can be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.
