She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Erika Dora Newell; her parents, Earl Grigsby and Dorothy Grigsby; and her brother-in-law Bill Cox. She is survived by: her husband Larry Newell; her son Edward E. Newell; her grandchildren, Laura Newell, Steven Newell and Derrick Newell; her great grandchildren, Jane Dora Nixon and Carson Anthony-Edward Newell; her siblings, Betty McIlquhanm (Jim), Lucille Irvine (Dwight), Pauline Cox, Clifford Grigsby (Debbie) and Bill Grigsby (Martha); her friends, Pat Link, Ann and Echler; and also Caring.
