She was predeceased by: her husband George Ray Burleson; and her parents, Eddie Surber and Martha Surber. She is survived by: her son Douglas "Burley" Burleson (Jane); her grandchildren, Stephanie Eads (Jeff), Kaitlin and Logan Burleson; her great grandchildren, Lola Eiler, Tristin Kenney and Makena Burleson; and her siblings, Ronald Surber (Cheri) and Denise Bast (Rick).
