He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary Ellen Horn; and his sibling Harold. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Horn (Sherri Cantrell), Susan Glaser (David) and Gregory Horn (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Callie, Abigail, Luke, Caleb Glaser, Brennan Horn and Reagan Horn; and his siblings, Phil Horn, Ralph, John Horn, Loraine Metzner, Irene Neeley and Loretta Mazzaro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
