He is survived by: his parent Roberta Horsley Bentley; his wife Spencer Gentry Bentley; his daughters, Stacy Johnston (Ryan) of Naples, FL and Amy Murnahan (Chuck) of Ashland, KY; his sister Bernice Bradley of Indianapolis, IN; his brother-in-law Lee Gentry (Martha) of Harrodsburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Taylor Johnston of Naples, FL, Abby Prichard, Bentley Prichard, Jaxon Murnahan and Max Murnahan of Ashland, KY..
