We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2022, at the age of 82, Gerald P. Burkart of Hebron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his son-in-law Larry Blade; and his siblings, Virginia Hare and Robert Burkart. He is survived by : his wife Geneva P. Burkart (Nolen); his children, Richard E. Burkart (Michelle) and Maggie T. L. Blade; his brother David Burkart (Marilyn); and his grandchildren, Emily Burkart, Jordan Blade, Evan Burkart, Noah Blade and Jerry. He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jerry to the National Parkinson's Foundation of Ohio.
