He is survived by : his siblings, Robert Gilbert (Teresa) and Christine Annett (Dale); his nephew Bradley Annett (Tess); his nieces, Sarah Annett, Erin Costa (Nick), Mary Gilbert and Bethany Price; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blake Annett, Tripp Annett, McCoy Costa, Autumn and Kenlie.
