It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kimberly Carbaugh of Hebron, Ohio, born in Newark, Ohio, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth W. Blade and Betty Ann Blade (Harvey); and her brother Gary R. Blade. She is survived by : her husband Daniel Carbaugh; her sons, Josh (Sara) and Thomas (Ann); her grandchildren, Aerith and Blake (Hallie); her great grandchildren, Finn and River; and her siblings, Brett Blade and Sharon Reilly (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
