With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Freddie Horn of Higginsport, Ohio, born in Mount Orab, Ohio, who passed away on September 21, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Watson and Orpha Watson (Kratzer); her husband Mike Horn; and her children, Denise Hughes Prather, James Hughes and Tommy Horn.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Horn (Rose) of Higginsport, Ohio; and her brother Paul "Tim" Watson of Mt. Orab. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
