He is survived by: his wife Rose Horn (Bessey); his children, Daniele Horn of Ripley, Renee Horn (Warren) of Bentonville and Kevin Horn II (Shelby) of Peebles, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tyler, Abigail, Isaac, Henry, Aden, Carson, Raylynn and Kylo; his parents-in-law, Larry, Becky Berry of Amelia, Walt and Rhonda Blevins of Nicholasville, Kentucky; his brother-in-law Calvin Prather of Ripley, Ohio; and his uncle Tim Watson of Mt. Orab, Ohio. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
