It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Edward Chalk (Highland Heights, Ohio), who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Janet Chalk. He is survived by : his children, Michelle Recker (Mark), Kimberly Anderson (Tracy), Donna Poppe (Mark), Robin Chalk and Douglas Chalk, II; and his brothers, James Chalk (Debbie) and David Chalk (Ann). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
