He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Libertin and Mary Libertin (Macala); his wife Mary K. Weaver; his son Nicholas Libertin, MD; and his siblings, Andrew, George Libertin (Ruth) and Mary Baldwin (Dean).
He is survived by : his daughter Charissa; his daughter-in-law Colette Libertin of Green, OH; his son Mark Libertin, MD of Highland Heights, OH; his grandchildren, Tim, David (Deanna), Stephen Oliphant, Nicholas, MD of Monica, DPT, Juliana, Christopher, Maria Libertin, Michael Gallifrey (Nicole) of Rachael, MD, Andrew, Anna, Joseph and John Libertin; his great grandchildren, Noah, Grayson and Amelia Libertin; and also Jessica Perse, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
