He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sage and Adeline Sage; and his sibling Russell Sage. He is survived by: his sister Peggy Henderson; his sibling's children, Michelle, Kimberly (Michael) and Ryan Henderson (Vanessa); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Codi, Dallas, Cheyanne, Savannah Ware and Leo Henderson.
