He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kovalcik (Woodward); his children, Jennifer (Joshua), Worthington of Concord, NC, Natasha Ford (Shaun) of Wintersville, OH, Vanessa Cormier (Katie) of Charlotte, NC and Mark Alan Kovalcik Jr. of Highlandtown, OH; his sister Suelyn Starkey (Les); his sister-in-law Cathy Kovalcik; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Logan Ford and Allyssa Elliot. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
