We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2019, at the age of 88, Helen Pate (Hillsboro, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Lawson and Hazel Lawson Sr. (Cartwright); her husband Jerry; and her children, Rose Mary, Terry Pate and Joseph Pate.

She is survived by : her daughters, Marsha Simms, Shirley Sorrell, Gale Pate and Mary Pate; and her sisters, Betty Graft and June Higgins. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Hope, Brown County.
