She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Young and Ethel Young (Hutchinson); her husband Doug Culp; and her brothers, Carl and Frank Young.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Bailey of Hillsboro, Loretta Wilkin of Hillsboro, Brian Hall (Tonya) of Petersburg and Brad Hall (Alicia Ocull) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Aaron Bailey (Jessica), Brandi Karnes (Jamie Johnson), Ashleigh Howland (Sheridan), Miranda Wilkin (Mark Wilson), Kelsi Wilkin (Bryan Wilmoth), Kevin Mongold, Kyle Hall (Clarissa), Ashely Hall (Justin Wolfe) and Hannah Hall (Sam Breedlove); and her siblings, Betty Smith of Springfield, Noah Young Jr. of Hillsboro, Loretta Shinkle of New Vienna, Janie Ward of Hillsboro and Wilbur Young of Hillsboro. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
