He is survived by: his wife Beulah Blair (Grabill); his sons, David Blair (Angie) of Hillsboro and Timothy Blair (Julie) of Hillsboro; his granddaughters, Haley Stangle (James) of Chiilicothe and Samantha Jo Blair of Hillsboro; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Blair of Hillsboro and Elbert Graybill of Miamisburg.
Family requests memorials to the Rainsboro Church of Christ where Plinny attended.
