Rachel Elizabeth Chamblin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel Elizabeth Chamblin of Hillsboro, Ohio, who passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Moore and Helen Moore (Huff); her husband Rodney E. Chamblin; her siblings, Edward Moore, Bernadette Smith and Joseph Moore; and her granddaughter Mackenzie Corbin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rae Jean (Doug Morgan) and Rhonda Jo (Tom Hoadley); her grandchildren, Brandon Morgan (Lisa), Cory Morgan (Heather), Seth Morgan (Amber), Tyler Hoadley, Ryley Hoadley (Jesi) and Justyn Hoadley; her great grandchildren, Shaylynn, Hunter, Remington, Logun, Maverick, Fallon, Taycee Morgan, Hunter T. and Ridge Hoadley; her siblings, Marcia Davis of Aberdeen and Franklin Moore (Lana) of Salida, CA.; and her daughters, Lisa Brown Corbin and Cheryl Collins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Turner & Son Funeral Home (602 N High St, Hillsboro, OH 45133). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
