He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Rhoads of Hillsboro; his children, Todd Cumberland, Jr. (Rachel) of Hillsboro, Shasta Ford (Keith) of Hillsboro, Tirrell Cumberland (Skye) of Hillsboro, Tyia Cumberland of Hillsboro, Tyeika Cumberland of Hillsboro, Tyrese Cumberland of Hillsboro and Christina Rhoads (David Elliott) of Peebles; his grandchildren, Tyrus Cumberland, Azhaliyah Cumberland, Kwamel Ford, Harlem Cumberland, Zy'Aire Cumberland, Johnathan "Doog" Rhoads, Alena Boatrite and Hunter Profitt; his siblings, Tony Cumberland (Julie) of Hamilton, Tina Cumberland of Hillsboro, Scotty Cumberland (Cheryl) of Wilmington and Jonathan Cumberland of Hillsboro; his aunts and uncles, Joe Thomas of Hillsboro, Lois Captain of Hillsboro, Doyle Thomas of Hillsboro, Link Thomas of Cincinnati, Roshell Dennis of Columbus, James H. Cumberland of Hillsboro, Richard Cumberland of Hillsboro and Doris Cumberland Woods of Cincinnati; and his close friend T. J. Scott of Hillsboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
