We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2020, at the age of 53, Rusty Smith (Holland, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Rose M. Chamblee; and his stepsister Kim Chamblee. He is survived by : his father Ronald J. Smith (Kathy); his wife Angela Smith (Miller); his children, Anthony Smith (Sarah) of Holland, OH and Courtney Smith of Toledo, OH; his grandchildren, Brandon, Kadence, Matthew, Ashton, Anthony Jr., Andre, Juliana, Jackson, Declan and Rylee; and his siblings, Dave Smith, Rich Smith (Sherry), Deb Phillips, Tracy Stykemain (Mark), Dennis Smith (Stacey) and Sally Osborn.

In lieu of flowers, Rusty's wish are memorial contributions to be made to the family.
