We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 97, Helen Louise Capers of Hopedale, Ohio, born in Scio, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgar Ostrander and Alice Bell Ostrander; her husband Alfred V. Capers; her sons, Al "Buddy" Capers and Jeffrey Capraro; and her granddaughter Stephani Cundiff.

She is survived by : her children, Dino Capers (Trudy) of Lititz and Debbie Hickman (Daniel) of Cypress; her grandchildren, Madison, Wesley Hickman, Tina Capers and Darcy Capers; and her niece Katie English. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Gables Care Center, Activities Department, 350 Lahm Dr. Hopedale, Ohio 43976.
