It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William M. Byers (Hopedale, Ohio), who passed away on August 15, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William M. Byers to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Byers and Urshel Shepard Byers; his wife Beverly J. Barnhart; and his siblings, Don, Vernon, Roy, Carl, Russell, Melvin, Willard Byers, Alma Trushel and Betty Spoonemore.

He is survived by : his sons, Marvin A. Byers (Melanie) of New Philadelphia, Ohio and Mark Byers of Steubenville, Ohio; his close friend Pauline Logsdon; his grandchildren, Adam Byers, Alan (Kim Byers), Andy (Beth Byers), Carl (Amy Sommers), Jason Sommers and Monica (Sam Ulmer); and his great grandchildren, Morganne, Aj Byers, Brandon, Mckenzie Sommers, Michaela, Tyler, Tanner Ulmer, Slayde and Zayne Sommers.
