He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Roy Howard of Piqua, OH and Nevil Cantrell; his wife Charlene Howard; his children, Jeremy Howard (Katie) of Troy, OH and Heather Blair (Michael) of Sidney, OH; his siblings, Crystal Howard and Fred Howard; his grandchildren, Hayden N. Howard, Meghan Young, Gracie Harris, Nasiya Harris, Joycelyn Harris, Alyza Blair and Chaynce Blair; and his great grandchild Adriyen Frew.
