She is survived by : her mother Shirley Barker; her husband John Gabbard; her children, Michaela Barker, Broderick Gabbard, Eliana Gabbard and Rheanna Gabbard; her grandchildren, Joyella Miller and Amara Miller; and her sister Michele Murphy (Brian).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer - Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg Centerville Rd, Dayton, OH 45459). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Hillgrove Cemetery (1002 E Central Ave, Miamisburg, OH 45342).
