He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Mullins Sr. and Leota Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Shari Mullins and Scott Mullins; his grandchildren, Shauna Garlow (Luke), Jeremy Thompson (Serena) and Jesse Thompson (Amy); his great grandchildren, Natalie Mullins, Max and Sam Thompson; his sister Norma Clark; and his nieces, Jackie Cameron and Donna Hank. He is also survived by family and many special friends.
