With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julie Evelyn Nygaard (Hudson, Ohio), born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on August 2, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stan Erickson and Evelyn Erickson. She is survived by: her sister Lynette Erickson; her daughter Laurel Stiller (Mike); her husband Hal Nygaard; her stepson Michael Nygaard (Diane); her grandchildren, Matt (Hannah), Caroline, Abigail and Sarah (Jesse); and her great grandchildren, Ollie and Izzy.
When the COVID-19 pandemic began, Julie and Hal moved to Hudson, Ohio, to be closer to family.
