He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer M. Dunlap Sr. and Joan Dunlap (Conley); his son-in-law John Haynes; his mother-in-law Ruth Ann Moore; and his sister-in-law Sandra Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Mickie L. Dunlap (Moore); his children, Sabrena Rae Haynes of Mechanicsburg, Kellen Robert Dunlap (Amanda) of Harrod and Julia Ann Case (Jonathan) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Ruthann Haynes, Courtney Nicole Haynes, Reagan Jo Dunlap, Carman Lou Dunlap, Weston Morgan Dunlap, Dylan Edward Case and Grady Morrison Case; his siblings, Donna Meyers of Ashland, Patty Wallace (Jay) of Galloway, Dianna Phillips (Kenneth) of North Lewisburg, Debra Gilliam (Dean) of Marion and Steven D. Dunlap (Stephanie) of Mechanicsburg; his father-in-law Robert E. "Bud" Moore of Mechanicsburg; his sisters-in-law, Pamela Rutan (Bob) of Mechanicsburg and Billie Goheen (Jeff) of Lakeview; and his friends, Brian Baker, Jason Whitcraft, Mike Shoffner, Steve Flora, Steve Arthur, Jim Moore, Nate Appleby, Bryan Meadows and Scott Bates. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
