He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Skeen and Helen Skeen (Kirkpatrick); his son Corey; his siblings, Robert and Peggy LeFever; and his wife Karen Carter.
He is survived by: his daughter Kelley Crapnell (Larry); his grandchildren, DJ Foy (Shannon) and Kayla Stratton (Nate); his great grandchildren, Avery, Callum Foy, Dominic and Hadleigh Stratton; and his sister Judy Patton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
