We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 79, Phillip Samuel Wagner of Huntsville, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Alvin and Opal Lavoone Gross Wagner; and his wife Karen Sue Blankenship. He is survived by : his children, Greg Wagner (Marlene) of Celina, OH and Jackie Sell (Greg) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Caleb, Hailey and Blake; and his siblings, Carl H. Wagner (Rose Mary) of Huntsville, Gerald A. Wagner (Patricia) of Reno, NV, Robert L. Wagner of Huntsville, Dorothea M. Longbrake (Larry) of Huntsville and Maryann Klipstine of Sidney, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shoffstall Funeral Home (205 S Main St, Lakeview, OH 43331). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Phillip's memory to Logan County Cancer Society c/o Mary Rutan Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
