He is survived by: his wife Sarah Mulligan (Severino); his children, Oliver and Jude; his father Lawrence Mulligan (Terri); his brothers, Ken, Tim (Norma) and Steve (Katrina); his parents-in-law, Barbara and Stephen Severino; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa (Dan), Matthew, Stephen (Julie) and Charles (Lyndsay). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A second service will be held at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan at a time when the pandemic has subsided.
