She was predeceased by: her husband Lech; and her daughter Maria Smieszek. She is survived by: her son Jaroslaw Maciejewski (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Phillip, Magnus, Raphael and Sandra Przyodzen (Bartek); her great grandchildren, Kenneth, Leah, Annabelle and Maria; Connie Meier (family: Henryk Smieszek).
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Church (3649 E 65th St, Cleveland, OH 44105).
