He is survived by : his wife Keeliy Collins; his children, Issac Collins, Riley Collins, Mae Collins, Kase Collins and Addison Porter; his brothers, Sean Howell (Michelle) of Hammondsville and Justin Pucci (Wellsville); his stepsister Amy Boyer (Gary) of Oak Arbor; and his grandmother Joanne Saltsman.
