We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2022, at the age of 86, Carl Norman Blevins of Ironton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Blevins and Bessy Blevins (Fout); his wife Wilma Blevins (Miller); and his sisters, Elsie, Marie and Naomi.

He is survived by: his sons, Mike Blevins of Ironton and Ray Blevins of Pedro; his grandchildren, Jennifer Blevins of Ironton, Michael Blevins of Ironton and Jordan Blevins of Pedro; and his great grandchildren, Liam Blevins and Norah Blevins.
