He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Edward and Charlotte Anne Kelley (Gwilliams). He is survived by : his wife Debra "Debbie" Kelley (Arbaugh); his son David Kelley (Courtney) of Lafayette, LA; his grandchildren, Dylan Kelley of Ironton, Madyson Kelley of Ironton, Harley Kelley of Minot, N. D., Ava Kelley of Lafayette, LA and Wyatt Kelley of Lafayette, LA; and his siblings, Mike Kelley (Patty) of Mercedes, TX, James Kelley of South Point, Chris Kelley (Iris) of Cincinnati and Sandy Kelley (Kathy) of Ironton.
