He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Gillam Mullins; his daughters, Carla Wilson (Jim) of Ironton and Sandy Davis (Darrell) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Zach Mullins (Cindy) of Columbus, Jacob Wilson (Jessica) of Silver Springs, Hannah Wilson of Ashland and Amelia Wessel (Kyle) of Mt. Sterling; his siblings, Kay Mullins of Columbus and Simeon A. "Buddy" Mullins Jr. of Ironton; and his sister-in-law Shirley Mullins of Ironton.
