He is survived by : his sons, Elmer Mays, Jr. of Ironton, Tim Mays (Debbie) of Ironton and Jason Mays (Lisa) of Blacklick, Ohio. He is also survived by seven grandchildren: fourteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
