She was predeceased by : her father John Thomas Clare; and her husband Rodney Mullins. She is survived by : her mother Marilou Clare of Ironton; her son Adam Mullins (Shamra Riley) of Ironton, Ohio; her sister Evie Kesling (Ed) of Flatwoods, Kentucky; and her granddaughters, Paislee and Marlee Mullins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
