He was predeceased by : his father Enoch Mullins; and his former life partner Sheila Watts Mullins. He is survived by : his mother Alberta Mullins (Warren) of Ironton, Ohio.; his wife Brenda Mullins (Joseph); his daughter Laura Bazell (Derek); and his grandchildren, Hadley and Harper Bazell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
