We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2021, at the age of 48, Scott Fox of Ironton, Ohio, born in Pontiac, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Richard Fox. He is survived by : his mother Darlene Rutledge (Hayes) of Ironton; his children, Mark Frazier of Pedro, Anthony Fox I (Holly) of Ironton, Zachary Fox of Ironton, Sarah Fox of Pennsylvania and Skylar Fox of South Point, Ohio; his stepfather Mark Rutledge of Ironton; his brother Ivan Popov (Brandy) of Florida; his grandchildren, Anthony, Athena and Lilly; and his nieces, Emily and Ciera.
