She is survived by : her husband Chancey Mannon; her children, Michelle Summers (Larry) of Ironton, Kimberly Dixon (Michael) of Wheelersburg, Ohio and John Foster; her siblings, Rosa Short of Kitts Hill, Ohio, Ronald Burns of Kitts Hill and Harold Burns of Lakeland, FL; and her grandchildren, Veronica Riggs, Brady Huff, David Lowry, Jonathan Lowry, Dean Lowry and James Scammicca. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
