He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Price and Wilma Price of Coal Grove; and his sister Debbie Spears (Donald) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.. He is survived by : his children, Christie Crail (Ray) of Sheridan and Shayne Price (Jackie) of Ironton; and his brother Doug Price (Kara) of Coal Grove, Ohio..

In lieu of flowers the family asked for donations to be made to the Ironton VFW Post 8850 Honor Guard, 3026 S 3rd Street Ironton, Ohio 45638, in memory of Steve Price.
