With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Frances Swank (Jackson, Ohio), born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on May 1, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Elwood Cook. She is survived by : her mother Eleanor Cook of Chillicothe, Ohio.; her husband Robert Swank of Chillicothe, OH; her siblings, Deborah Graham, Michael Cook, Linda Cook and Christopher Cook; and her nieces and nephews, Robin, Adam and Kevin Swank. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Faith Lutheran Church.
