He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bowen and Betty Ellis Bowen; and his sister Olive Oiler. He is survived by: his wife Jannette Suzanne Double Bowen; his sons, Cody and Braden Bowen; his siblings, James Bowen, Mary Henderson, Ruth Bowen, Reeda Bowen, Rita Cook and Mark Bowen; and his half-brother Charlie Bowen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
