He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Wiseman and Mayrune Patton Wiseman; and his sisters, Patricia Wiseman and Dorothy Newman. He is survived by: his wife Edith Strong Wiseman; his children, Kara Baker (Scott) of Lake Worth, Steve Wiseman of Clinton, Krista Foltz (Carl Jr.) of Friendsville and Will "Jock" Scott (Amy) of McArthur; his grandchildren, Cody Baker, Kayla Baker, Brittany Foltz, Carl Foltz III, Chelsie Leslie (Jacob), Alysha Scott and Rob Scott; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Foltz, Devan Leslie, Addisyn Leslie, Braxton Scott and Brylee Scott; his brothers, Gary Wiseman (Cheryl) of Hamden, Terry Wiseman (Vicki) of Hamden and Brent Wiseman (Jayne) of Buckeye Lake; and his siblings-in-law, Bill and Linda Strong of Beaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
