He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester Ruth and Naomi Ruth; his wife Liz; his children, Eric Ruth (Kimberly), Kent Ruth (Lori), Sean Ruth, Michael Ruth, Kim Brightbill (Tim) and Darlene Longbrake (Ken); and his brothers, Chester Ruth, William Ruth and John Ruth. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
