He is survived by: his children, Jeffery (Cyndi), Douglas (Joan), Kevin (Laurie) and Susan Poggemann (Joe); his grandchildren, Adam (Toni), Jamie Casey (Kaitlin), Nathan, Mark and Nichol; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Emily, Lila, Jace and Ethan; and his siblings, Ed Leedy and Ruth Brisker.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions to be made to the American Heart Association.
