He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Perkins and Devera Perkins. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Freeman (Randy) and Rhonda Wilcox (Herschel); and his nephews, Cody, Chris McComas, Keith Williams II, Randy, Trevor, Jared and Dylan Freeman. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
